Hurray ...Got the mail of cheque issual confirmation and money conversion rate :)

Oh man, you got lucky with the exchange rate. I have withdrawn my money on 3rd April and received the mail about the cheque on today only, which says:

You withdrew: US$ 260.00.
The exchange rate applied was: INR 49.8754 per US Dollar
The amount you will receive via cheque is: INR Rs 12967.60

Yeah, withdrew $241 on 2nd April, I too got the same exchange rate. We lost 150 bucks compared to Munawar's exchange rate.

 

It took almost 2 months.

Congrats and also you are lucky to get that exchange rate. I had requested for cheque on 2nd April 2012 I also got reply on 10th April 2012, but the exchange rate is around Rs.49.87.

Almost all the companies including the post offices and other Currency Conversion companies provides us with the conformation. Since, I am using this from two years, Each time I used to get the conformation. Many more companies are providing these services with best exchange rates.
