Can't find Fun HITS? 12/27 Superior Hits Saturday

Just passed 45K approved, 50K here I come...

 

Different pay, though, so they should be different HITS I would think.

Before the big hard block-gate, he did a soft block where we couldn't accept HITS that he didn't want us to do. And I'm guessing he will go back to doing that again.

Edit: I emailed him. There's a two hour timer on this HIT; maybe he'll get back to me.

 

I agree! He made a mistake, fixed it and it's another day. I did it and it took about 2 minutes.

 

I got the alert email from mTurk when I hadn't even done any of his HITS. When I contacted mTurk via the email alert they responded with having reports of this guy randomly blocking people as well as those who had worked on the HITs.

 

Did you do the one for a dollar a couple of nights ago?

I did and that's my only concern about doing this one; I'm not concerned about another hard block.

Must like my age group or something, qualified and approved over 20 different hits for me. But I have been doing them since 2012

 

The guy thats blocking people, with that last name, I will bet money he's in Louisiana like me and is either A: blocking people because he's a dick or B: he discovered a new button on mturk he likes and is clicking it because its shiny

 

I just finished the $10 5 day app study, but it's not showing up in my daily earnings. I'm guessing it's because it was accepted 5 days ago?

 

I find this statement hard to swallow. Amazon would have sent a form letter saying they don't get involved in matters between requesters and workers and for you to contact the requester. Also how would he have gotten your mturk ID to block you if you've never worked for him.

 

You're probably right, but don't requesters need to realize that TO exist? It hurts your results ultimately if nobody wants to do them/the worst quality of work is done.

 

Why doesn't Louisiana fall into the gulf? Because Arkansas sucks....wait, damn it. I'm about 5 miles from the Arkansas/Louisiana state line.

I think the guy just discovered a shiny new button on mturk and might not know hes blocking people. I'm willing to bet money he's from Louisiana and it doesn't matter where you go here, there are jokes about 2 [redacted] named Boudreaux and thibodeau that get up to stupid things

I'm not worried about more hard blocks from the guy. I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt - unless, of course, it happens again.
