    Awww thanks. He's a pretty sick little guy :( Had to give so much extra insulin for the ketones which always scares me. Then I'm afraid he's going to drop too low and die in his sleep or something. Effing disease.

    ((((Hugs)))) I hear ya. The only thing that scares me more than sick day management is the thought that one day our kiddos are going to have to manage their own sick days. But don't worry he isn't going to die in his sleep because you are going to be up checking his blood sugar every hour.

    That sucks. I used to babysit my cousin who has Type 1 and even though I knew how to handle it just fine I was always terrified, especially at night. I'm so glad none of my kids have health problems, except that the new little one has reflux.
