The latter, pretty much. "Abandonment rate" is a stat that actually does get calculated, it used to be shown on the dashboard but not anymore. It's really really rare for requesters to ever use that value as a requirement for their HITs, though (and when they have, it's been where you'd have to abandon 10% of the HITs you accept, which is almost impossible).

Shrug... it depends on the requestors... it is tracked by mturk... thats where the abandoned hits stat comes from... I've rarely seen requestors limit who can do their hits by that value, but I have seen it done at least once...

 

For some reason I could write Alder reviews all day long.

 

Lets do a rain dance and hope hotels post a big batch today. Yesterday was pathetic.

 

Hotels were up for less than a minute. Everytime I left yesterday the batches posted. I only caught one yesterday.

 

I guess I picked a good morning to be busy with work. Seems dead here.
