Meh. Still not bothered. It's not like they take days or anything. New tax rules probably have something to do with it. IRS came down on Amazon pretty hard recently. There's a difference between having a reasonable complaint and being a c*nt about something minor.
True. As long as I get my money in my bank in 12-24 hours I don't give a damn about any of the other crap. Some people just like to complain and cry about any change.
Yeah, the word on the street is that they do block. I haven't been, but I don't do that many. It has always seemed to me that doing any set of HITS too many and too fast runs up red flags for critical inspection. No Arv, I wasn't blocked--I just collect that kind of info on requesters. When I began this craziness, I started a list of requesters to avoid( and why). Kinda thing I find amusing. .....So...Folks at Google with two heads or maybe no heads at all--hey they might not exist at all! Nothing but a building full of a "clinking, clattering collection of caliginous junk". life's getting too complex-ti-cated. I'm gonna eat walnut fudge.
The thing to realize is that there is no "Peter Burke" or "Sergey Schmidt" or "John Smith." You'd seriously be hard pressed to come up with names that are more fake than those. They're basically just stage names that various Google teams use to post their hits. If somebody from the "John Smith" project decides to create a new account (we can call it "John Smith, Jr." ) then it makes perfect sense (to him) to take the regular old "John Smith" block list and use that to weed out the people who will compromise the data. But...they aren't paying later. I'm still getting same-day transfers into my account, six days a week, and they're still hitting my account at around 11:00pm EST. Nothing at all has changed during the ACH transfer process, the emails are just coming later and from a weird new "no-reply" account. I transfer every fucking day, and nothing has changed on that end.
Yeah I am still getting my transfers on time. I have not noticed anything different on my end, other then the change to no-reply.
YTA This is why I stayed up late. I need 16 cents or whatever this batch brings. lol Edit: 24 cents it appears.
To be honest, I don't even bother searching for them, let alone doing them. 16 cents a day isn't going to change my life. I'm not really sure why people still get excited about the YTA's and PickFu's of the turk world.
Excited is a strong word. At this time of night I'm generally doing non-turking things with a handful of pandas running for occasional mindless stuff that brings in a few extra bucks for the day. And ever so often you get lucky -- one day last week the YTA cutoff was over 40.
Honestly I think people really overthink the PickFus. I dont search for them either, but if I see one I accept it. I never write anything more than " Its a more interesting cover" or "I would be more likely to download that game" You dont get bonuses for good content, you get bonuses for every 10 answers and an additional bonus for picking 10 categories.
