It is, but our internal review board isn't of the opinion that there are users trying to scam the system, hence we don't implement them unless it's our most cutting-edge research. Hopefully when they see this thread and the actions of a specific turker we can change that.

If it's an individual's company I'm doing the firm website. If it's a national/international company without a specific page for the designer I'm putting N/A, and when I can't find neither as well.
