Not worth it. You'd spend more time looking for sites that meet that criteria than you would actually submitting anything.
I didn't think so. Didn't know about the leading zero problem on the first day they posted, but with about half missing or foreign it wasn't worth it to me. I quit after 23. Also wrote to him and didn't get a response. Not a good sign for a new requester on their first day.
But that would be like rewarding the behaviour that the requester is exhibiting by not returning one email and being willing to work with us.
I don't usually turk on saturdays, does it pick up in the evening just like the weekdays, or does is mostly stay dead?
For me, Saturdays have been the slowest day of the week for several months now. Of course you've been around long enough to know how unpredictable turk can be, it could also be amazing this afternoon.
