It's Google and that code has been used for months for various stuff. I assume they just reused an old template and assume since the one I did had a submit button that it doesn't matter.

These started out paying $1 each, then fell to .50 then .12, then .10 yesterday. The images are hosted on a google server so I wouldn't be surprised if they are related to the trashy hits in some way.
