Ah turking for the ol' bail money a? Sorry to hear that. alot of bondsmen will do payment plans so you pay even less than 10% upfront
Honestly, I am going to let him sit there for a while. We make enough money that I should never have even thought about sitting here, but he has been collecting all the money from all of our tenants for months and not giving me any and making me turk for food and bill money, so I am waiting for the lawyer to tell me how to proceed and then making him see what it's like to depend on this.
Well thats your choice but I honestly dont agree with that. I have been through this with my family where they think it will "do me good" by sitting in Jail. it doesn't. you don't learn anything good, you can't do anything constructive, you can't make money. Basically your whole life gets put on hold until you get out. But thats for you to decide...I'm sure he will be calling you multiple times a day though. And I'm sure he won't be happy with you when he does get out LOL edit : thats fucked up what he has been doing though...

You've gotten $224 since Friday night? That's actually more than I expected. (That's supposed to be encouraging, i swear)
Well, he doesn't have much choice, since he is already out on bond and the attorney has to try to get permission for him to be bailed out again, and since he refused to pay her because the drugs were more important, she isn't going to be doing anything until she gets some money. And if he were to get out before she gets money, and does what he did last time, we are going to lose everything and he will be the only one in his family guaranteed meals and a roof over their head while he rots in prison. At this point, it is less of a "do him good" thing and more of a "do his kids good" and hopefully ensure he doesn't spend the rest of his life in there for not having representation thing. I am certain sitting there isn't going to make him stop doing drugs, and considering that he has blown through more than $100k and sold everything of value out of our house, I don't really care how happy he is when he gets out. I haven't been happy for months as our belongings disappeared.
Eh, but you don't have a family that depends on you. "Not doing anything constructive" might be frustrating, but when the alternative means you are basically stealing money from your children? Sit there. That's what you get.
Morning. Had to call a fraud company about my debit card, because they thought there was suspicious activity on my card. I was writing my first resume (at 31, and working since I was 16) last night on a resume building website from the UK, and tried to get a 14 day membership so I could download it to PDF. My credit union flagged it as suspicious, so I had to straighten that out. Turns out I can't make international purchases. Anyway, it's all good. My card is ok, and I print screened my resume and pasted it onto a word document.
That's fine and dandy when other people aren't spending their money (and time and mental energy) on the same old shit over and over again. It's not THEIR fault you got in there. It becomes enabling. And that does no one any good. You don't want to sit, then don't get in trouble.
