    Kyle has also said that he may put up HITs for a couple of previous races that didn't get the RaceNote treatment before February.

    These Comcast people are relentless. Just want to change the modem and they're pushing that triple play. NO NO NO NO NO. Pay enough as it is.

    (still have to try hounding them to see if they'll lower the bill some. Obviously wasn't going to get anywhere with this guy so I didn't bother)

    Threaten to quit/switch providers. I know a handful of people that were able to get free HBO, sports packages, and shave some off their bill when they told him they were switching to Verizon, Directv, etc.

    I did this with TWC a while back. Got a new modem, issues with the plant nearby fixed (which was the entire problem to begin with), free Showtime and Starz for 3months, free internet speed upgrade, and a $300 Visa Pre-Paid card after paying my bill on time for the next 90 days.

    You just gotta be a douchebag for a minute. It's worth it.
