I remember having a 5 gig drive in the mid to late 90s. Remember dreaming longingly about one day having a TB drive.

Ha, I remember being assigned a floppy in middle school. I'd have to pay for it if I lost it.

i remember the first time i saw one of those hard mini floppy disks i didn't think it was real. that seems to be standard for me with things that are smaller than i'm expecting. the first time i saw a gameboy game i didn't think it was real. the first time i saw the gamecube i didn't think it was real.

and i bet it was a pretty penny to replace back then. nowadays if you can find one it probably would cost a penny for a case of them. unless it's vintage.

Processor differences can just be Googled. Google 4th 5th 6th Generation i7 differences and articles pop up. Lenovo has a lot of bloatware. You can get both good and bad with most of the laptop brands. Never heard of Eluktronics. The brands I would personally consider would be Asus, Acer, or Dell. Personal preference is all

My problem is I goof off between batches or do the odd 50 cent survey. Also I occasionally need sleep.

I'm not bothering, I mean it's a 2 click job. I guess you might be able to save some seconds using keyboard shortcuts, but not really necessary.
