If you don't have any martial arts/ fighting experience I think you're going to go down pretty quick, but I could be wrong. Would be an interesting experiment for sure.

  2. Idk. I'd be worried about them getting on my back and choking me out. I don't think they could KO me with a punch or kick if I fought like a bitch for the entire round. And I don't think they could overpower me grappling at that size. I think if I played it careful I could make it a round tbh.

And i'm not talking actually winning. I agree no way I'd be able to hit them even once. I'm talking surviving.

Yeah, if it was just about size/strength/fitness lots of healthy active guys could last a round. But the pros are decorated college wrestlers, ex-pro kickboxers, jiu jitsu champs, this shit is just reflex for them. It takes a lot of brute force to overcome technique (which is why we have weight classes *cough* Conor *cough*).

I think the thing I would be more worried about is not being able to block those quick hits, they do add up after awhile. The grappling would be a nightmare as well.

I just found the NoblisCV batches; draw squares around faces. Even though I got a 90 on the qual, I got stopped out at 10 hits in the batch, and sure it had a few hundred more. Does this Requestor typically limit first time Workers on his hits?

It's hard to say. Take someone like Jose Aldo, I'm about 11 inches taller and 90 pounds heavier than him and think he'd KO me in under 2 minutes. No way to know for sure though but I wouldn't mind trying to fight a pro.

Ill take a pass on trying to fight a pro fighter. Thats how you die.

Depends on the experience of the average guy, has he ever fought before? Has had formal training of any sort? Is he in shape? lol If no to more than 1 of those things I highly doubt he would make it even one round. Have you ever seen Joe kick? He he's not fighter (for over 20 years at least) but I don't care who you are one of these connects and its lights out

The only way I see a regular dude lasting a round is against a one dimensional boxing type guy with no kicks, and that's only if the regular dude has a reasonably strong chin.

That said, I'd give anyone on the forum a chance to last a round with Kimbo or Dada as long as they can dodge the first punch or two.

Dodds alert woke me up so I guess I'll do them

  13. You guys naming like the best fighters in like the 145 lb class lol our argument was any ufc fighter in the 125 class. If I got to study and pick a random fighter in the 125 class in the ufc I am pretty confident I could last a round vs them. I'd for sure avoid a submission guy and probably go for a striker and just play keep away and cover my chin lol I mean how hard can a 125 lb person kick or punch?

One of my friends put together a parlay involving every fight of the night. I told him that it wasn't a great idea, but he put a bunch of money into it anyway. He lost the second fight, lol.

When it comes to punching power velocity is just as important if not more than mass. I would like to see this experiment one day lol.

Another question. These Requestors with web site test hits that require emails? Are these just spammers that want to capture your email and in the end violate mturk TOS? Seems like they never have a TO rating.

I agree. A trained fighter would probably literally kill me. Especially the women. I'm pretty sure that I got a concussion just from watching Tate throw elbows at Holm's dome.

It's actually perfect if Sunday is slow. Might as well hedge against last Thursday and Friday being signs of a possible slow week coming up. Which is what I thought last time HCIs dropped and it was the best week in a long time even if I hadn't done them.

Timers are shorter though, only two days this time. Blech.
