Think about it this way its not "plugged in". Our Universe is like a balloon, a black hole is a hole in the balloon and everything is being blown out. Our Universe has a positive pressure on our side of the Black hole the other side is negative pressure comparatively.

 

No..... no. NO.

It's mass piling onto more mass. Look at this Earth of ours. It's a lot of mass lumped together. We are stuck to it by gravity. We are in orbit around our Sun because of gravity, the Sun is a LOT of mass lumped together. The black hole is a few orders of magnitudes more mass lumped together.

It's nothing to do with "pressure" or balloons.
