Yes, but I am confused about it as well. They show pictures of him standing in the crowd and then the shots came from on top of a building? And there were 2 shooters. So...I don't know. But the picture is from today. Edit: They're saying they were in a parking garage, which I suppose is pretty easy to get up to the top of quickly.

I was most confused about why he was just walking around with the gun but they just answered that question. And apparently the pic is from right after the shooting. Now the brother is saying that he's not the suspect and the gun was turned over. This is why I hate watching the news before they get the facts.
The news will probably make him out to just be a "thug" but he looks more like an ex military person than anything else. Maybe it's the tshirt.
Every white guy in an open carry state gets up in arms when you question why they're walking around with a weapon. But when a black guy does it, they're equally freaked out. It's so divisive and awful. The vast majority of police officers are brave and ethical and good people. And I hate to think of them being in danger because so many of them deserve all of our gratitude. But the fact is also clear that it is far more dangerous than it should be to be pulled over as a minority in this country. It can be both. You don't hate cops if you stand up and say "enough is enough" and you aren't dismissing the danger minorities face if you show respect and support for the law enforcement community. But our country is so hateful and divided right now that it has to be "either or". It's just nuts. EDIT: apparently when the shooting started, he handed over his gun to police and there is footage of him running in the crowd when the shots were being fired from above.
