I did this one and when it went to submit I had gotten logged out. And of course it wouldn't submit after I logged back in, said I had already taken it. I wish they wouldn't use the "auto submit from within the hit" function, that seems to get messed up a lot.

This is the very reason why I loved the Mturk Logout Time script!! It lets me know half hour in advance when it's time to log back in after 12 hours. I often get cases like that not realizing it's time to log in again. Script isn't working!!
