Also, Dog with a Blog is a calming show to watch when you're watching The Wire and your favorite character gets killed. Don't hate. :p

I just got a block from another requester who did the same for a survey, so I don't want to risk it, but I already accepted it. Do you think they will block from a list of IDs that accepted, or will only block if you actually click on the survey link. I'd prefer to return, but if I'm gonna end up with the block for accepting, I at least want the $3.50.

Well, only took about 12 mins, but no code at the end. Emailed requester....fingers crossed.

I think the block would only be from those who did the hit / submitted it, not for someone who just clicked it and returned it.

Except that when we accept a HIT and return it we can't do it again so they must record our ID's someplace.

Thanks now I have to work longer because I just ordered a pizza from Papa Johns. It isn't that great of a deal after they charge you for delivery and you tip the driver.

If you are blocking with the intent of preventing retakes (like this requester does), you would really only block after someone finished and submitted the HIT. I don't think they would have a reason to block otherwise.

So why should we be concerned if they block us to prevent retakes? I guess I'm missing something here. Sorry!

Because we don't for sure know how blocks impact our accounts. I'm not getting a block over a couple bucks.

That's what I'm worried about. I'm going to return and hope that they only block after they pay, but keep the contact info just in case. I hope they redo the requester side when they update the worker side. It would be so much easier if a requester could just check a box that said "prevent retakes" or something to that effect.
