I'm going to try making Mexican grilled corn later.

Does that require throwing it in a camp fire? My grandma always wrapped corn in spices and oil then put them in tin foil and threw them in the campfire for about 15-20 minutes. Those loook pretty similar!

 

No we're gonna grill it right on the rack, already shucked it.

Rosemary roasted. Cooked them this weekend but fried them with the ham. Such yum.

That's how I bake mine, with rosemary and olive oil.
