    What is this?

I am Tjbot! I'm a solution devised by the genious mods to prevent there ever being a day that hit threads aren't posted! The whole point of my existence is to post a hit thread if one doesn't exist by 12:08am PST. If you see this post, assume that this one is the main post. One of the mod team will clean up existing posts and consolidate once they wake up and get online. As my name indicates, I am a bot. I don't post, nor do I respond to PM's. If you have any problems, send an email to tjbot@ns4t.net or PM Tjololo, he can help out with any issues.

Fun side fact: Cold shower soap/hair feels funky as hell. Like you can physically feel it's clean, but it feels more like it's only halfway done, no matter the amount of rinses and applications.

In other news, no new prospects on the water tank. Thinking I may have to do all this shit myself; which i'm terrified of because natural gas is something you generally don't fuck with.

They didn't show up yesterday. Hopefully that's not a bad sign they are skipping a week again.

When I was a kid we had hot water only once a week. It was heated in a big wood burning tank. Washing without a running hot water is a hassle, but not impossible. You need two buckets of water. Boil water and mix into cold water in the bucket until it's warm enough. The first bucket is to soap up yourself and wash with a washcloth. Start with you hair. The second bucket of clean water you use for rinsing. Use a scoop of some kind and pour over yourself slowly. Again start from the top.

I would not mess with natural gas. You don't know anybody who has some plumbing experience to give you a hand? Electric water heater is not that hard to change. Gas scares me too.

Pulled out the large 5 gallon cooking pot out of storage only to realize my brother is an idiot and it has a 5 inch wide rusted hole in the middle (he stored some kind of caustic cleaning material in it and it got wet, oxidizing the shit out of the pan). I'm going out today to get another one as well as a whole new cookware set because again, brother is a fuckup.

I have a few family members that know what they are doing, but one moved to Missouri and has 0% chance of ever coming back. The other we are not too sure about his credentials yet.

Thought about getting an electric one, but the electrical in the house is well over 40 years old and probably wouldn't support it.
