That is concerning. They made it sound like they would just remove the qualification if this happened. Sorry to hear this.
It is a little frightening to find out they reject. I kept doing these even while on "turk vacation" because the money is so good, and I'll probably keep doing them now that I know they're risky, for the same reason. But damn... They take such a lot of time and effort. If I got a rejection of even one, ever, I would be beyond angry. I would hunt these people down and take a dump on their doorstep. I shit you not. I would move several states over just to turn their welcome mat into my toilet.
