The study is funded by multiple grants from the City University of New York, USA. Compensation has two parts: a base payment and a bonus. The base payment is US$1 for participating in the study. The bonus is up to US$5, depending on your performance in the group decision-making experiment. You will only get paid (both the base payment and the bonus) after you complete the entire study which consists of two short surveys and one group decision-making experiment. I am running multiple sessions on MTurk, each session needs exactly 10 people that join at the same time in order to run. The experiment is a group experiment -- it can only run when 10 people are actively participating at the same time. This is why I am posting a call for participation here so that I can schedule time slots for which you can sign up in advance and participate in the study at the same time.
