If you use MTS, just right click on the requesters name if the hit is still up or if you have the hit in your HC log. That's the only way I know how to get into contact with a requester if I haven't finished a hit.

I remember it really sucking. Took around 50 minutes I think edit: 51 minutes on 6/24. She only paid $6 then I'm sure I was slacking, so it can likely be done faster
