Today’s 2nd Obvious Lesson-- Legit companies who you owe money send a paper invoice first. Gov't agencies send a letter. I get a lot of calls from the "Pain Dept. of Medicare." To the ones who claimed to be from Microsoft, I told them I had no computer, and they stopped calling. Now i have to figure out a way to turn off the others. Getting a lot of "Time to choose your Medicare plan" now.
Register on the Do Not Call list. That should reduce those scam calls. Site is down due to the shutdown.
