I'm not sure yet. Other than weather I'll say that people are friendlier here. Drivers are just as bad, but in a different way-- AZ has the most aggressive drivers in the US. AZ was a bit cheaper as far as utilities and groceries. Fl has cheaper and better internet. The number of power outages has surprised me. I've never encountered outages like this before outside of the Northridge quake back in the '90's.
