So they are basically admitting they know there is was a system error that was causing problems but they still want you to prove somehow that you did the assignment properly and they wish you good luck in getting your payment out of them. Seems totally reasonable and logical and of course being such reasonable people I'm sure the results of their academic study will be 100% scientific and accurate.
I'm leaning towards her being a scam artist, altho' the submit page did take a bit to load. So maybe there was an error on Amazon's side. Either way, I'm gonna get the shaft on this one.
