I've never got past the hearing test screener on one of their hits. Apparently my hearing sucks. I've quit trying. And I really hate tasks where they pay another turker to grade your work. The majority of my rejections came from a requester who paid people a penny to randomly reject my work. Sorry you got shorted on the bonus. Silver lining is you didn't get a whole bunch of rejections for the ones you did "wrong".
