I'm guessing the ones without will get rejected, but a rejection is meaningless and the 5 bucks isn't.
But good news. Last known rejection apparently was July 2020 for TO and 2019 according to TV. So it's not recent. He posted last month and didn't hear of any rejections. Even ones without a video got approved so who knows. He likes to keep us guessing and on our toes...
