It won't let me link to it, but search for Zach Bakal,
He has a 25 cent survey that's only a couple of minutes.

I was cheated by two surveys when they didn't gave me any completion code at the end of the survey. How can I recognize those cheating surveys before I start doing them. And there is another kind of survey where I need to remember the last demographic question but I forgot remembering it since I was so much involved in completing the survey honestly.

When this happens you should email the requester. Sometimes they don't know that a code isn't appearing. Hold on to the survey as long as you can before it expires to see if you hear back from them in time; if not, I usually put something like "no code-emailed requester" in the box and submit. If you're really worried you can always return it, but this is one of the reasons I only use surveys to bridge the gap when I haven't made enough in a day.

If you choose to do surveys, it will happen from time to time. Sometimes if you email the requester they'll pay you via bonus.
I try to stay away from surveys that are of unknown length or will take more than 10 minutes so that when it happens, I'm out 10 minutes max. If a survey pays really, really well, though, sometimes I'll take the risk. I haven't gotten burned very often.

Requesters that do research and surveys are usually more responsive than the regular batch-HIT posters. They actually care about the data they get and want it to be as accurate as possible the first time, so workers usually have more luck trying to contact them. They also tend to know less about the inner workings of mTurk, so things that piss us off may completely elude them unless you bring it to their attention.
