Very nice. I'm just shy of $20, which is better than expected. Can't wait to get 1000 hits, I miss quite a bit of cash every day because of that. I'll get close to 100 hits in today. Tomorrow is day 10 for me.

OK, you guys, there are nearly 6K HITs up by "Amazon Requester Inc. (Product Ads)" paying .01, called "Does the Site Have a Shopping Cart or Not."

But I'm wondering...are any non-Amazon requesters ever allowed to just name themselves as "Amazon Requester"? I mean, the TO here is not good, and they admit they use majority rules. Is that how Amazon rolls? I thought they usually paid better, too.

I missed the two space thing they started teaching the younger kids. We were always one space.

Also, I'm thinking about calling it quits for the night. I'm at $26.19, I was only hoping for $10 so I think I can count today as a victory. Good luck everyone!

  5. I almost put two, because I always put two, and then something told me to reduce it to one.

I don't give a shit what anyone says, there should always be two spaces. Otherwise, your text looks like one giant run-on sentence.

  6. I totally agree!

  7. I've done 300 hits today... and only half of them are penny batch lol

I don't know about that. I've always used one space and have never had any issues with them appearing as run-ons.

One space is supposed to be the standard now in nonfiction publishing...I know the transcription companies here have that as their standard, too.

  10. Now I'm worried that as soon as I go to bed, a stack of Praveen hits will show up and I'll miss out on them again.

IMO, Brad and Ross should both be beaten up for their milk money.

I know! I'm still upset about going to sleep after only doing a few last night. I was so sure i'd wake up this morning and just rip through them and they were gone! :(

You can thank the AP for the one space thing I believe - it was front and center in the AP Stylebook and all the papers I ever worked for made a big deal about it for some reason.

I would just like to thank all you guys who post these excellent hits. I found this forum about 2 weeks ago and I have earned more in the past 2 weeks than since I started in November 2011. It never even occurred to me to search for a Mturk forum til 2 weeks ago. I could slap myself. Thanks again!
