I tried exporting CSV from my old PC and importing, but after importing, my new DB just hangs... If I send you my DB can you look to see what's wrong with it? Might be useful from a debugging standpoint.

I am not an expert, but here is what I would do to see if your database file is corrupted. I would backup the file (i.e. copy and paste it to the desktop) and then delete the original manually (find the folder). Next run the script. If it works, then you know there is probably a problem with your database. If not, then well... IDK. That's where ThirdClassIntMasterTurker comes in.

ThirdClassIntMasterTurker when you come back, I have a database issue. I have 4 separate Requester's with different HITs that did not update. They show up in the Pending Overview as pending. However, in the Daily Overview those days are long cleared (also cleared on status pages). I am not sure why the script did not pick them up.

Sorry for lack of updates, but my turking motivation is currently quite low.

Because of Amazon/UPS making repeatedly same error with shipping and then expecting me to to pay their errors, working on MTurk has become too expensive for me. I am definitely not going to pay Real Money to get amazon gift certificates. (Even without their constant errors, amazon.com gift cards means crappy selection with high shipping and import fees.)

And as an added insult, amazon has now started spamming every week how "Shipping to international destinations is easy and convenient with AmazonGlobal."

Thanks, I actually tried that right after I posted earlier. I should have stated that.

I manually updated them to Paid after downloading the CSV, but when uploading those specific HIT's I had errors. My only issue with this method is the loss of HIT data (or at least I lost some) tied to each individual HIT. I guess it's not a huge deal to lose it, especially since they are well beyond 45 days old.

I restored the backup and was waiting to see what ThirdClassIntMasterTurker had in store for us with new updates... But he is on strike now so I might just go clear those HIT's out.

That's not good. I hope you/they get everything sorted out.

By the way, I was having issues on Chrome too with this script the last week or so. In talking with other mTurkers on here, they were using a stable version of Chrome, whereas I was using a beta (version 25.0.1364.45 beta-m). I thought I remembered seeing one of the scripts on here required a beta version of Chrome at one point to operate correctly, which is why I used the beta. Upon downgrading to a stable version, it works flawlessly again. For reference, I am now currently using version 24.0.1312.56 m.

    Hope this helps someone out.

I see. For what it's worth, when I went to load the corrected ones back into the database it told me there were errors, but I was still able to see the corrected ones in there, so as far as I know it worked. But I only had a few and like you say, they were just old ones that were paid already.

How did you go about downgrading?

Nevermind I figured it out, close all your tabs and manually install via the folder.

After giving it some thought I decided to correct the HIT's and just live with the errors. If you search for the corrected HIT's you will see the errors and the data that was stripped from each HIT. Here's what I am talking about:

As you can see it just appears to be the TO data. However, my main concern (as expressed earlier) was losing crucial data and/or having a corrupt database. However, I re-downloaded the CSV file after I fixed the HIT's manually and all of the pertinent information was still there (i.e. unique HIT ID, status, etc...). So far everything is working fine, like you mentioned. It's nice that the info is now correct and I can stop manually calculating what my Pending HIT's are supposed to be dollar wise.

When I update local database I get "ERROR! Number of HITs in DataBase does not match number of HITs available! (8559 != 17118)
Would you like to refetch all status pages now?" When I click Yes it runs for a long time then returns the same error. Anyone else had this problem? What can I do?

Edit: I reread the thread and did a backup then updated and that fixed the problem for me. I'm still having issues though, some hits from months ago still show "Approved Pending Payment" Or "Pending Approval" when I look at all my history. When I try to donut chart I get a Java error.

It's not working for me right now, it was working last night though.
I am using chrome on windows 7, I have Tampermonkey running the extension.
Nothing is responding with it, it wont update the database, and it wont let me delete the database, it just blocked whenever I try.
I have tried removing it completely, then re-installing but no change. Anyone else having this issue?

Mine stopped working today also. I saw earlier where someone was using a beta version and had problems, then went back to the earlier version and it worked fine. It looks like my Chrome has upgraded itself to the same release as that beta version, so maybe there's an incompatibility there.

Installing in Firefox, but I don't know of any easy way to get my current database from Chrome to Firefox since the csv export isn't working. Ah well, guess I start with a new 45-day data sample in Firefox.
