I take it that real estate research isn't accepting new workers. I wasted my time on the test just to find out that the most recent property sold referenced by the test was in 7/2012. I used a handful of different search sites to verify that. Suffice to say I didn't get a great score on the test.

And I'm irritated they expect you to find your own websites to search, not a reliable policy.

 

I sometimes feel bad for the spreecast videos. When they're asking for people to submit questions and it is dead silent.

I would contribute something if I had any idea who the people were.
