ebay Motors (decent). Craigslist is also decent. I got my first/only car off carsoup.com like 5 years back. Depends on what the price point is and if it's new or used, and if you're looking for something special (like Skyline R34's). And if you want something like a show car, or something heavily modded, I'd definitely look at forums.

Ah, OK, I forgot to factor in the drunk. That makes sense. I think that sober some of them might not be able to manage it. Drunk is a completely different story.
