I read somewhere that you can be at 100% on your Dashboard, but that under qualifications you can never get back up to it if you lost it once. (This could be wrong since I'm just going by memory of what someone else posted.) But congrats if you really did!

 

Thanks for the info about the Crowdsource site. I did find the hit in question and its laughable. Department Environment Quality in Oklahoma was the business. The URL I gave was the official page explaining what the Department does. The correct URL per Crowdsource was a place holder business page on Facebook.
