I just adopted a little shelter dog. Jack Russell mix. The poor thing was found in a house with 70 other dogs. He doesn't even know how to eat out of a bowl. The big dogs didn't let him near the food. He eat what they dropped. He only eats off the floor ignoring the bowl.
