    Do a little slave work on the low paying hits, that's what I am doing to get to 1000 approved. 529 approved and 523 pending in 4 days.

    The directions were kind of vague, what I am unsure about is when only part of a company name is mentioned in the text.

    As an example::
    McAfee was the text and highlighted but the full company name is really McAfee, Inc.(found through search) are you selecting neither a company name or part? Since it is not a FULL company name and is not part since McAfee was just in the text not McAfee, Inc.? I would select 'Neither a company name or part'.

    Sorry if that was confusing, just double checking the part I am still fuzzy on. I have done a lot of these and want to do a lot more, I just want to make sure I'm doing these how everyone else is. =D

    Well, I don't get out of bed until after noon most days so I would say off-and-on over a ten hour period, something like that - might net out to between six and ten hours a day just depending (I'm including 100% of the time I spend fucking around in the forums as "work" time).

    I mark that as partial - the same way as if you see a mention of something like "Deloitte" I mark it as partial: the name of the company is "Deloitte & Touche, LLP" and you will (very occasionally) see it mentioned that way - only in that case will I actually mark it as "full"

    glad i'm not the only one still up at this hour, though it seems like my sleep schedule [12pm-7pm EST] is not that beneficial for turking

    i think what i took from the instructions for the business name HIT is that they were looking to see if the entire name as it appears in the text is highlighted - at least that was what the examples showed

    i just finished up my 'day' with a few dozen cf hits on what cause was being supported in the given text - now i'm really good at reading comprehension, but there were a lot of ambiguous selections, and arguments as to why one of my answers was wrong were wholly the opposite in the case of others, and i have 78% correct! feelsbadman

    cf hates me. I try my hardest, but my answers are never good enough for them.

    Yes. Also, if the word "the" is included in the highlighted part and is not part of the actual name, then I was marking partial.

    You're not alone. I've been to the CF forum twice and there's lots of legitimate bitching.

    it's just that the logic seems so arbitrary - one of the passages was 100% about donating to an lbgt org for the specific purpose of local community development, so i put 'community development' when the answer should have been 'social change' with the reasoning being 'it's an lgbt org'. then another was about donating to help someone go to an african american leadership group so i put social change, but because it was on the occasion of the person's birthday it was supposed to be 'personal'

    all of my WAT
