It was a clean forum. Really nice bathrooms though. The light fixtures were very modern. And wow! So big! Big enough for another bed if we had needed one. The concierge was helpful. We asked him for a restaurant recommendation and he directed us to the best little Italian place! The air conditioner was a bit loud and there was some street noise, but that's what you expect from a good location such as this one. The head of security was boorish and hairy. Terribly unprofessional. Started shouting about the "one rule to rule them all" whenever someone did something simple like inquire after a lost wallet. He intimidated the children. All in all I would say that this is not a family friendly hotel but it had a nice ambiance. The music in the lobby was lacking, mostly Drake or some shit like that.
