nice guy,I was doing the etf fees wrong at first and only noticed after the fact so I didn't get the qual

I mail him and ask nicely for a reset and he reset my stats for it(unfortunately I didn't get enough in before the qual hits ran out so I didn't end up getting it anyways but ah well)
