Found his site, but I wont give it publicity. The same manner in which he came in here is the same manner in which he emails/communicates/conducts business. He goofed when he called the member by her real name, then edited it after he realized he f'd up. Ethically, it doesn't look good. The examples from multiple members say what they need to say...some valid points on both sides and also alarming contradictions. Where others feel he gained a lot of respect he also lost equally if not more. Best thing he could have done was stayed out of this thread and in requester land. Or think twice about what he posts and his actions where everyone is watching. Dominoe effects are real.

I am trying to give you an example of a guy who I used to think was absolutely awesome, who a lot of people thought was awesome, until he showed his true colors and ended up being an asshole, which caused me to change my mind about him, along with others.

So the point isn't the domestic violence, although I won't apologize for using my experience as an example, since it was my experience and all. (Sorry if it makes you uncomfortable, it wasn't really great for me either.)

Maybe you'd have preferred I sat shamefully embarrassed in the corner and not talked about my dirty little secret and used a much more appealing example of a good guy who turned out to be an asshole? Like the pizza man...? Sorry, go big or go home.

So in short, it wasn't about the violence, it was just a personal example of a guy who everyone (including me) thought was great.. until he wasn't.
