sasquatch, since you seem to do a lot of these e-cig HITS, I have a question for you. I finally did one of the 300 word press release rewrites for them last week. I thought it was easy, good pay for the time, and the money was in my account the next morning. Here's the question, though - the release that I was to re-write was really poorly done. I mean, I have a minor in English Lit. with a very heavy writing background, so maybe I'm a little biased, but, dear God, it was bad. Are they always so poorly written?

Oh, and this was one of the funnier lines in the one I re-wrote: ".....and don't forget, E-Cigs make the perfect Christmas gift for that special someone."

.....because that's what everyone wants for Christmas - an E-Cig. Bwahahahaha! Good times, good times. :)

haha, i've written that line, in different words, many times in the past month or so...

yes, if you take the HIT description at its word, none of the original articles we're being asked to rewrite would have been approved and paid. bad grammar, typos, inane structure, and so much repetitiveness. regardless of what i think of my writing, i know for a fact that every single rewrite i've done for him has been objectively better than the original article in every way - and no, that's not saying much.
