Can't Find Good HIT's? 12/3

Yeah it is exciting I guess. The wife will be 23 weeks this Thursday.

 

You guys can enjoy your Rubin HITs. Either I'm missing something or he really loves to fuck with people.

 

I stopped Turking when I started school. It had always been just a Christmas thing to add on to what my husband's check brought in. Then in October my husband was laid off and we didn't know how we were going to get Christmas presents for our 3 boys. Since October 25 I have bought over $800 worth of Christmas presents and will have over $100 more this week to get some more things on their list. Luckily my husband had some reserved money that paid all the bills, but it will be gone at the end of the month. After Christmas I plan on using the money to help with bills and my husband is going to begin Turking so he can work during the hours I am in school.

 

Do you know if those voice recording HITs post somewhat often? That was an easy $2.

 

FYI Rubin is not a he, its a actual company.

Daaaaw, have you had the 20week ultrasound yet? Do you know the sex of the baby? Is it the first? Why am i asking all these questions?!? XD

 

For real, I've tried at least 15 of them, and after a few minutes I just return them. I've only submitted 1, they're way too hit or miss for me.

 

Last month I was eating off the dollar menu at McDonalds with turking. This month we eatin steak. Next month might be retiring and moving to Hawaii.

 

That's great. It's takes me lot longer. Try readabl .01 hits - she's much faster at approval and you should be able to do 4-6 of her hits a minute. Tip*use the pull down menu-don't type in a lot of info. I'm about 500 from 10K. Can't wait. One day I did 800 readabls. LOL

Ditto that! I went 0 for 6 yesterday and found something else to do. I'm definitely not a quitter, but I couldn't find what was needed and became overly frustrated. Luckily there were other things to do!

----Good news huh? I'm trying to figure out what kind of hits that I can get into now. Does it blast me through the hits were you need 1000 and up? jk...Anyway, honestly, I really don't understand this too much.

 

As for what my turk moneys goes to, it's gone toward food, my fiance and son's gifts for birthdays, anniversary and Christmas and some foodstuffs.

I've been out of work for about 2 years now, but I had student loans (I KNOW, car loan has worse interest though..) to cover some expenses. Then in May I got into a bad accident and royally messed up my wrist. Had surgery and it's been doing better, but I'm still not able to drive and there's 2 jobs waiting for me.. cue mturk.

 

You're picking up the tail end of the batch. Alot of those have been returned at least once by someone, and they are from schools that don't have a searchable course schedule on their website.

 

Some of the hits are difficult, but it's not Rubin's fault. Either the college's sites are majorly screwed up or the info he got from the turkers who did the original course hits messed up.

Choose one college to become familiar with. If the links in the hit don't help you, go to the school's main page and search for the schedule of classes or registrar. Nine times out of ten I've found the catalog that way, but not always. I have two pages open for each school. One with the catalog, the other was a page to search for faculty. I did about 100 last night and focused on four schools I was comfortable with. (All of them were UC schools.) Start with just one school. Don't accept the hit, unless you can find the course and like the school. Some of them are hard, but others you can crank out in less than 2 minutes.

 

To the guy who said his wife was 23 weeks, so am I! Due March 27th. My March is going to be busy. My husbands bday is March 2nd, My anniversary is March 3, and my son will turn 8 on March 9th. So I will still be turking after New Years to pay for all that stuff.
