It was pretty slow, for the most part. I had intended to do some srs Turkings but instead I ran errands and just goofed off with the forum freaksticks. So that worked out. There was a "Draw boxes around birds" batch that was semi-ok if you didn't get a whole flock/gaggle/murmuration/murder.

    Good luck on the interview!!

This made me just go browse around my HitDB out of curiosity...All of my rejections have come from two requesters....Brelig and Written Paper!

    The formatting = Speed bumps

  15. My problem with SSD is I like to stay on the same hard drives for years, and I've heard the reliability is pretty shit on SSDs in that timeframe unless you spring for the Intels, which are still pretty pricy (300+ for 240GB)

Edit: nevermind, just checked and it's only $140 for the 730's, that's not bad at all. Double edit, that's with 44% off, so I guess they are normally in the 300 range.

I guess I wasn't using that correctly. I was just putting a requester name in the HITs matching field, thinking that would pull up all HITs I did for that requester. But I wasn't using the donut chart option. I just wanted to see what HITs I had done for a requester. That seems like what you were telling me about requester overview. When I did that and the ctrl + F, I did find the requester. But the >> didn't do anything as far as listing HIT details.

Intel and Toshiba are generally rated the highest for reliability. Crucial drives seem to get decent reviews, too.

My company will be retiring several decently-speced desktop PC's next year, so I'll score one of those to use at home. Only problem is they're small form factor machines so I'll be needing to swap my 3 1/2" drives for 2 1/2" drives anyway.
