Finding Great HITs 06/03 Mellow Monday

Mine was pretty buggy. Had to put in a wrong answer on the comprehension page to get past it.

Maximum possible bonus was a factor of 10 lower than what some on TV reported. Dunno if they cheaped out or I just got a bad version.

 

This has been the worst two weeks i've had in AGES. haven't hit my goals at al.

 

I hit $20 but only because I had $6.53 in bonus money hit today. This is like the worst Monday I've had in ages and I know there were some good HITs today I just missed a whole bunch of them.

 

Just tried a $9 hit, something about reading and understanding documents. Whole computer locked up, had to shut down and restart. It's called "Critical Thinking Skills."

 

I rely on HFinder for all my hits. I have mine set at 900 and I have no idea whether that's good or not. Would 3000 be faster or slower than 900? I don't know what the number represents.

 

3000 is slower as that is a three second delay where 900 is .9 seconds. I have it set at 10000 cause I think 10 seconds is plenty and it factors into the whole you are accessing MTurk too often thing which keeps you from snagging HITs.

 

Thanks. There's a huge difference between what all of you set. Schlep uses 1600 and Mind Dagger uses 10000. That still leaves me sitting on the fencepost.
