The bugs in mturk lately are really starting to cost me, I've had several dollars worth of hits expire because even though I've submitted them they don't actually submit

Here is a screenshot showing I've submitted a hit, yet the hit didn't submit. Instead it sat in my que and expired because I forget to check my hits assigned to me to see if it ACTUALLY submitted or not... wtf mturk
