Probably the same people who give 5's across the board for TO just because their $2/hr survey paid within 10 minutes. I think it's people who are literally turking for beer money, and xferring every dollar over one at a time (back when they were allowed to) and seeing if they can afford a case yet.

Personally I cash out every time I get to $100. It acts as a pretty good "carrot on a stick" for me, and it's an amount where if my account got somehow suspended or some other such bullshit when I was 98% of the way there, I wouldn't want to kill myself over it or anything.
