Does Amazon customer service even read the email you send them, or do they just pick some random fucking response from their script and fire it off?

They just pick a random response. I'm sure it's like a funny game for them.

I've heard of people getting hard blocked by him. Be careful.

  8. I thanked Francois Bouet for listing his hits and asked if he can remove the scrolling list at the top of the page that serves no purpose...

I also mentioned it is "categorization".... :)

As someone who did technical support by email years ago, you usually skim the question looking for keywords, then pick a relevant response from the database to send and customize it slightly if needed. Anything else hurts your stats.

EDIT: I did not work for Amazon, another company.

yeah, His TO has one instance of that, but the rest state good requester, just slow pay. I'm think I'll be ok as long as I don't get sloppy.
