  1. Really? That's unfortunate. The best is the unexpected bonuses. I got $16 in bonuses from Catherine last week, but the quality of my work must have gone down a bit, she started sending me emails about how my accuracy was only 70%.

I love unexpected bonuses. I got 2 unexpected and 2 expected ones today! yay me!

  4. Some Crowdsource HITs up now were you determine the manufacturer of manuals. 12 cents.

I'm not judging content, I'm more interested in effort, something which some of them are clearly lacking. One of them was two sentences basically saying the same thing. Damn kids!

I did mine Friday and they approved tonight. 3 days ain't bad for how ridiculously well he pays compared to some other requesters; and besides, in business days that's more like one!

Hahaha indeed. But the sad thing is, some people you THINK are trolling, actually ARE that ignorant!

  7. I did a few, but was a bit unsure about something. If the image they show you says, "User Manual", on it can you check it off as the pdf being a user manual? Or do you still have to go through the text file; also what if the text file doesn't load?

I like the quiz bonus ones. They always pay out.

  9. These are different Hits. They have the manual PDFs, but all you have to do is put down the manufacturer and type of product. This Hit is slowing down my computer hard for some reason though.

For anyone who cares, all the Debate HIT's I did were approved. Some of the arguments were very iffy, but hardly any warranted a fail in my opinion. My judgement was right, and that was pretty much what I was waiting for to really go after these.

I fail them for lack of effort. See above :)

How are the Buzz.com HITs? They are pretty easy but there is a lot of room for misunderstanding. They are having you categorize products but they have names of treatments and requests for specialists or offices that I can't decide are not assignable or not.

Decent day today considering I'm in Six Sigma Black Belt training and really didn't get to "turk" until this evening. I think I finished close to $20. Not bad for a newbie turker feeling my way around. I must say, this forum is a MUST for any turker....You guys are great.

Determine the Manufacturer of a Product Crowdsource

Anyone familiar with these, what do you do when the manufacturer isn't on their list. There doesn't seem to be a way to manually enter it.

Yes, I completely agree. I'm a newbie as well and this forum and everyone contributing are fantastic!!!! Hopefully soon I'll be able to contribute.

  18. Do they really need to bring religious arguments into the Debate HITs? :|

Define Measure Analyze Improve Control...I hated it when I was forced to go through it, but I still use all the methodology (even though it is mostly unconscious now).

Yes, I want to contribute as well. I can't recall the post from earlier but it was a list of batch HITS that I jumped on and really got me going. I did one $4.00 writeup, and many many batch HITS today. My goal is to get up to $20-$25 per day. Daddy needs a new S3 and tablet...
