Can't Find Good HITs? 12/30

You were implying I was one of them. I've probably submitted well over 3.2K HITs to him.

Is it just me or do the Rubins never seem to go bellow 1000??

Did you not just have 200 Rubin rejects for putting N/A in 20 seconds? Sorry if I read the past 5 pages incorrectly.

 

No. I said they picked up on N/A this last batch because they changed how their system worked. So do expect your accounts to get flagged as well. It's not a manual rejection, it's done by a computer.

 

No. I'm repeating myself once more. Of 200 Rubins that were rejected, at most about 15 of them were submitted at N/A. The remaining were fully filled in. I know this for a fact because I had a streak of 20 HITs that repeated the same schools, which also cut down my HIT time to under a minute. I dunno where they got 20 seconds from. I lose about that much time by the time my browser loads everything.

 

I feel the same way for everybody....I hated it when I had 11 rejections from one requester (who had a terrible TO, so it was my own fault)

I always put N/A in the Rubin HITs when a course doesn't exist, etc. I did this yesterday, as usual (although I didn't have an extremely large number submitted where the course wasn't offered). I always provide definitive proof through a link when I submit one of the Rubins in which the course isn't offered. Also, I write exhaustive notes in the box explaining everything (which is probably excessive). All mine were approved from yesterday - I don't think the N/A thing is the problem, and I'm going to continue to do them as I've always done them.

Wonka, I hope everything gets resolved with your rejections. Mass rejects are horrible.

Again, I feel for you because I know what it would do to me, but you have always been the one bragging about making 100s of dollars a day and now it is biting you in the ass. Maybe now I can do a Rubin without having bogus ass information submitted and having to return HIT after HIT.

Do you guys know what you guys did wrong to get rejected by slee. I hope he can reverse the rejection for you guys, that's just too many.

 

slee gave me a $5 bonus but said he can't overturn the rejections. Really don't feel like putting in the time to get my approval rating back to 99% but it is what it is.

 

I emailed the Rubin guys a few days ago asking what was a reasonable amount of time to search for and come up with NA. Didn't get a response but anything under 2 minutes would probably raise a huge flag IMO.

 

If I did the course HITs, your post would make sense. I only do the instructor HITs because they're easier to do and don't take more than a few minutes to get done. The bogus information you're talking about is done through people who fill out the course HITs. If the course information doesn't come up because of the reasons I listed before, then how is this my fault? You're implying I'm doing it on purpose when it's quite clear I'm not as other people have complained numerous times about the lackluster quality of course submission data that's given to us for the instructor HITs. I'm using two large monitors and have a split screen setup with 100 tabs open at any one time. If I've found a way to shave off unnecessary time switching between windows, it's suddenly my fault for doing so?
