    Just returned that 4.00 survey. Looks like multiple parts and you have to get a family member to fill out a survey also.

    I did one earlier where I got the code but when I went to put it in, I realized I never accepted the hit!! When I did hit accept, it was no longer available.

    I had that happen to me not too long ago. I thought I accepted it but turns out I didn't. Went to accept it and luckily it was still up.

    In your case, you could try sending them a message with the code and explain your situation and see if they can set up a HIT for you. That is if they're willing to add another HIT to their funds.
