I really really really really miss TurkAlert.

The alternatives they suggested on their final message just aren't what I'm looking for.

Visualping (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/visualping/pemhgklkefakciniebenbfclihhmmfcd), on the other hand, looks like a good candidate. I think this used to be the popular "alert" extension, under a different name (can't remember), before HIT Scraper and Turk Master came along.

    Anyone here use it?

EDIT: Used to be called Page Monitor.

you can find all your scripts in your mozilla profile directory or at greasemonkey
probably need at least some of the scripts updated too
more changes on the way, Amazon said worker.mturk.com will be the default soon

I didn't start enjoying Christmas until I started ignoring it.....except for food, yes food and drink.

I ignore it as much as I possibly can. I hadn't put up a tree in decades until my sister pointedly gave me an artificial tree for xmas a few years back.

Fortunately I have an absurd amount of closet space. I just move it to the back of one after the holidays: decorations, lights, stand and all. Then drag it back out 50 weeks later. Total effort is about a minute a year.
