I don't do writing/transcription and did about 50 Rubin last week and no medcrowds but made $450 so i'm not sure where you got your theory from

You misunderstood my message, I wasn't saying anyone should leave. I was saying the real average earnings on Mturk. It's the reality of the situation.

 

I think making money this way is so much easier...because if I'm a Receptionist or Secretary in an office...I have to pay for gas, babysitting, and I usually buy lunch...my take home pay will probably equal the same amount smh. Then I can't lay down and tap naps when I get tired from work and I can't take off to get my daughter from school (unless I have a really cool boss)

You might be making $2-3 an hour and if that's the case, you're doing it wrong.

 

I saw you post before that you earn about $25 a day. But I see you posting on here at least 8 hours out of the day, so that would be one example

 

I work 40 hours a week at my regular job and still manage to pull out $100-$150 a week

 

I haven't made less than $40 a day in the last two weeks. My goal is $25 but I exceed goal everyday

 

Thank you for the encouragement, I just hit the 1000 approved this morning, so looking forward to making better money now.

Don't get me wrong, it's very possible to make more than $2-$3 an hour for short periods of time when you catch the right requester. But as far as full time, you'll consistently see it drop that low. As far as I know sasquatch is the highest average earner on here and he makes an average of $50/day working all day which still is about $3-$4 an hour. No disrespect to him, he makes more than me.

 

I must be doing it wrong. I make about $25 a day doing 10 hours or so

 

It's possible to make more than $40, but your best bet is writing/transcription. A lot of the batch HITs get risky and there have been a lot of account suspensions around here lately because of it.

 

if you're turking full time or relying on the money you seriously need to re evalutate your life

 

Anyone know how long this one took?

 

I am in the military and I do ok, but I use turking for spending money and savings ( 1/2 and 1/2) Its a great supplement since I cant really go out and get a second job. Plus i like being able to do it on my own time.
