I was turking every day since I started and I did more number of hits as I advanced. The per day earning had started to increase from .2 $ to somewhere near 3-4 $ without much fuss. Thanks to Riaz for all his help . But I had to stop turking for a week or so and when I returned I seemed like a complete noob to turking . The old requestors had either vanished or changed their names. No more good requestors. I felt pretty hard to earn here. Again I have to build up everything. My advice to you people is that if you want to turk seriously never drop out turking from your daily routene. Stay online, stay Updated. BOL

In fact, I started turking after a gap of 1 and half years and I took it as easily as a fish takes it to water. It all depends on how you sort out the hits and how you search for the hits.
There are lots of good jobs on mturk. Not sure what time of day/night you're on it, but even when some requesters leave because they've accomplished their missions with turk, others take their places. I make a minimum of $25 US dollars per day with very little effort and usually much more than that. You have to keep checking constantly because when the good paying HITS appear, even if there are thousands of them, they won't last long--everyone else is doing them too, as fast as they can. There are 20,000 real estate HITS on there right this minute. They only pay .04 but you can do 1-2 of them per minute so it adds up fast. And he pays immediately too. Just keep your head up and your eyes wide open!
